Best Piece In Town Gets a New Look…

I’ve consumed so many slices from Angelina’s over the years, most of which were when I frequented the many area venues that offered live music of the rock and grunge genre. So when I was introduced to the Earl of Pizza to discuss a new logo, I was thrilled. This was my first opportunity to design a logo for a business with a Duval Street address and I was well aware of the epic responsibility ahead. I mean, the possibility of creating a logo that would be displayed in the same block as icons like Sloppy Joe’s, Ricks and Durty Harry’s… I was stoked!

Project Description

The message was clear enough… Kit wanted his new logo to be a little more professional than his long standing existing logo (which he loved).

The new logo needed to do the following:

• Fit within the same footprint of his existing street signage.
• Include a mushroom as a nod to he existing logo.
• Stick to the same color scheme (black & white)
• Include the address. Duval St & Key West were must haves.
